Our Story
Beulahland Farm is a small family farm located
in the countryside southeast of the little town of Lyons, Nebraska. The land is
farmed with family labor.
We practice eco-friendly, diversified and
sustainable agriculture. The vegetables and fruits that you purchase from us are
Certified Naturally Grown, and are fresh from our family farm to your
family's table. Certified Naturally Grown is a non-profit
eco-labeling program for family farms that grow their crops naturally,
without the use of synthetic chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides,
or GMO seeds.
Our poultry and livestock are raised
naturally, without medicated feeds, routine antibiotics or growth hormones. Our
chickens and turkeys are truly free range. They have loose and comfortable
housing, and daily access to the outdoors. Our hogs live outdoors in large pens
with portable huts for shelter.
Beulahland Farm is Certified Naturally
Grown, and is a member of the Nebraska Sustainable Agriculture Society,
where Victor serves as a member of the Board; Buy Fresh - Buy Local, Nebraska;
the American Berkshire Association; and the
Nebraska Food Coop. We are Victor, Cheri and Hannah Novak, and we want to be
your farmers!
