- Beulahland Farm will provide our subscribers with 20 weeks of farm fresh produce from Mid-May through early October. The assortment and amount will vary throughout the season and will contain a wide variety of vegetables. At Beulahland Farm we grow spinach and gourmet salad mixes, bright lights Swiss chard, radishes, carrots, green onions, English peas, green beans, new potatoes and bakers, summer and winter squash, tomatoes, peppers, melons and more! Due to the unpredictability of nature we cannot guarantee any specific item or customize individual subscriptions.
- The cost of a subscription is $25.00 per week for 20 weeks ($500.00 for the season). Subscribers may pay the full amount with their completed subscription form or a $100.00 non-refundable deposit with the balance due by May 1, 2008. Subscribers will be priority customers and will receive the "first pick" from our gardens each week, providing them with the very best Beulahland Farm has to offer. A limited number of subscriptions are available and will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
- All natural, free range chicken eggs are available for an additional $4.00 for a dozen Large, Grade A, Candled eggs per week for 20 weeks ($80.00 for the season), or $40.00 for a half dozen.
- Subscribers are responsible for picking up their subscriptions each Saturday between 8:00 AM and Noon at the Beulahland farmstand at either the Omaha Farmers Market located at 11th & Jackson in the Old Market or at the Village Pointe Farmers Market located at 168th & Dodge in the parking lot of the Village Pointe Shopping Center. Subscribers are responsible for arranging for a friend or family member to make the pick-up if they will be away. Due to the perishable nature of fresh farm produce, pick-ups cannot be delayed or deferred, and credit cannot be given for subscriptions not picked up.
- Subscribers will be notified in advance which Saturday in May subscription pick-ups will begin. This will be based on the weather in March and April. The Novak family may take off a week for a vacation sometime in the middle of the summer. If so, subscribers will be notified in advance which week there will be no subscription pick-up. Regardless, subscribers will receive produce for a full 20 week season.
